Key Larkin adds another AAC Defensive Player of the Week Honor to his resume
WEST POINT, Ga. (Sept. 30, 2024)- The Appalachian Athletic Conference announced Player of the Week honors on Monday, September 30 where Kemorion Larkin was named the AAC Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.
Larkin led the Skyhawks on defense with 11 tackles, one forced fumble and recovered, and 2.5 tackles for loss. In five games, Larkin already has 61 tackles which is more than he had in the 2022-23 season where he had 57 tackles total and earned AAC Second Team All-Conference that season. Since that year, Larkin has surged as a legendary name in Point University Football History as he already holds the record for the most tackles in a single season with 105 from the 2023-24 season. Larkin continues to build his resume as he is #1 All-Time for Total Tackles with 250, AAC Second Team All-Conference, AAC First Team All-Conference, and Four-Time AAC Defensive Player of The Week Honors. Kemorion Larkin has his sights set on a conference championship ring and being one of the best to put on a jersey for Point University. This is Larkin's second weekly honor of the season.
