Skyhawks Football Welcomes 2026 Signing Class

WEST POINT, Ga. - Point University Football celebrated National Signing Day by welcoming 60 freshmen to the Skyhawks family, marking a major step forward for the program and the upcoming 2026 season.  

A key highlight of this year's class is the strong local presence. Many of the signees are from the surrounding area, reflecting the relationships the coaching staff has built and the growing belief families have in what the program is building at Point and its vision. 

Head Coach Nigel Lawrence shared his excitement about the class: 

"This signing class represents a major step forward for our program. Bringing in 60 freshmen — especially such a strong group of local student-athletes — speaks to the relationships our staff has built and the belief families have in what we're building at Point. The momentum of this program is real, and we're excited about the future of Skyhawk Football."
