Skyhawks Standout Ethan Binns Signs Professional Contract
WEST POINT, Ga. — After an outstanding four-year career at Point University, linebacker Ethan Binns is taking the next step in his football journey, signing a professional contract with the Lowlanders Białystok of the Polish Football League.
A four-year Skyhawk and defensive cornerstone, Binns left Point University as one of the most reliable and productive defenders of the program. Over 39 career games, he compiled an impressive 236 total tackles, including 124 solo stops and 112 assists. His career totals also feature 19 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, four forced fumbles, and four fumble recoveries. During his senior season, Binns elevated his game even further, recording 100 total tackles.
Throughout his collegiate career, Binns earned Appalachian Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors and received All-Conference recognition, reflecting both his on-field production and influence within the conference. Beyond the stat sheet, he established himself as a vocal leader and a foundational presence for the program.
From consistent production to leadership on and off the field, Binns' impact on Point University football will be long remembered. Now, he brings that same intensity and professionalism to the international stage as he begins his professional career.
