Skyhawks Fall in Home Opener Against LaGrange

Valley, Ala. - The Point University Skyhawks faced off against the LaGrange College Panthers in a challenging football game on September 6, 2025, at Ram Stadium in Valley, Ala. Despite a spirited performance, the Skyhawks were unable to secure a victory, concluding the game with a score of LaGrange College 36, Point 14.

The Skyhawks started the game with energy as Kassidy Deans electrified the crowd by returning a 90-yard kickoff for a touchdown. Adding to the Skyhawks' score, David Hines powered through for a 1-yard rushing touchdown. However, by halftime, the Panthers had taken a substantial lead, with the scoreboard reading LaGrange College 29, Point 14.
