Point Men's Basketball Suffers Setback Against Life University in Conference Clash
WEST POINT, Ga. (Feb. 8th, 2025) - In a pivotal matchup for the Skyhawks, Point University fell to Life University, enduring a 96-80 defeat during the conference game against the Running Eagles.
The beginning of the first half began strong for the Skyhawks with a quick steal by Vince Graves leading to a successful dunk. This electrified the Skyhawks taking the early lead, however, despite a strong offensive turnout led by Mike Evans, the Skyhawks couldn't bridge the gap following a trailing halftime score of 34-43. From halftime, the efforts to rally were evident, but Life's offensive proved relentless, paving their way to a 96-80 victory by game end.

Mike Evans Led with 28 points, four rebounds, one assist, and one steal. Vince Graves added 16 points, five rebounds, two assists, two steals, and one block while Antwon Ferrell followed with 14 points, four rebounds, three assists, and two steals.
