Skyhawks Wrap Up Season at NAIA Men’s Golf National Championship

SILVIS, Ill. – The No. 18 Point University Skyhawks concluded their season on Thursday at the 2026 NAIA Men's Golf National Championship at TPC Deere Run.

The Skyhawks shot +20 in both rounds at the 6,703-yard, par-70 layout, competing in a field of 29 teams and 11 individual qualifiers. Point finished among the top teams in several categories, including sixth in Par 3 scoring and tied for eighth in Par 4 scoring.

Jacob Joseph led the Skyhawks with rounds of 69 (-1) and 79 (+9), while Kyle Davidson followed with rounds of 73 (+3) and 75 (+5). Both players highlighted the team's ability to recover after difficult stretches throughout the championship.

Despite several strong individual moments, the Skyhawks fell short of a top 15 finish. Oklahoma City University ultimately captured the team title.
