Point Men’s Lacrosse Ends Season to Keiser
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (April 19, 2025) - In the fiercely contested first round of the AAC playoffs, the Point University Skyhawks faced a challenging opponent in Keiser, ultimately falling 19-9. Despite the halftime score showing a recovery possibility with Keiser leading 10-5, the Skyhawks could not close the gap in the second half.
Thomas Van Alstine stood out for the Skyhawks with a notable performance by scoring four goals. Jamison Cross followed closely, contributing three goals. Shaun McLaughlin also made significant contributions, not only scoring once but also assisting twice, highlighting his dual role in the game. Rodney Oakley, alongside scoring a goal, assisted once, paired with Aaron Mordarski in boosting the team's offensive efforts. Aaron Robinson took the position in goal with 36 saves, facing a tough Keiser offense throughout the game.
