Skyhawks Fall to Mobile in Conference Clash

MOBILE, Ala. (Jan. 18th, 2025) - In a hard-fought Southern States Athletic Conference showdown, the Point University Skyhawks faced a tough loss on the road against the University of Mobile with a final score of 68-39. 

The Skyhawks struggled to maintain their momentum after a closely contested first half ending in 24-23 in favor of Point. The second half saw the Rams elevate their performance significantly, outpacing the Skyhawks and solidifying their lead to clinch the win. Despite a strong start, Point University could not keep up with the persistent offense and tight defense from the Rams.

Antonia Pittman led with 19 points, two rebounds, one assist, and two steals. Jada Williams added 12 points, one rebound, one steal, and one block.
