Mark Weber concluded his first season with the Point University women’s basketball program in February 2026. Before coming to West Point, Weber was the head coach for the women’s basketball team at Dawson Community College in Glendive, Montana. His resume also includes stops at Cosumnes River College, Grays Harbor College, and Angelina College.

As a recruiter, Mark has identified and attracted talent from across the country and internationally. He earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in coaching from Kennesaw State University before receiving his master’s degree in sport management and athletic administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
